  • Budget Management: Oversee the preparation and management of facilities budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.">
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs of facilities.">
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all facilities-related activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.">

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.">
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with experience in managing teams and budgets.">
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.">
  • Six Sigma Certification at or above the Green Belt level, or equivalent project management certification.">
  • A relevant degree in a field such as business administration, healthcare, or a related field.">
