The Opportunity:

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Pool Server who will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience while patrons enjoy food, beverages, and amenities at the Saguaro Blossom Pool.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet guests,
  • Efficiently take orders and manage food and beverage service with professionalism.
  • Serve and clear items, manage side work, and present menus,
  • Operate the point of sale system and attend to guests poolside.
  • Exhibit a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
  • Process orders, serve food and drinks, handle payments, and deliver checks.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck and surrounding areas.
  • Collaborate effectively with management, bartenders, and service staff to address guest needs.
  • Consistently demonstrate positivity, enthusiasm, and respect towards all team members.
  • Provide additional support in the dining room and during catering events as needed.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • High school diploma.
  • One (1) year of experience as a server or cocktail server in a similar environment.
  • Possess a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in reading and writing in English, with basic math skills and calculator proficiency.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including double shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Demands:
  • Work tasks are primarily performed outdoors.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to complete tasks.
  • Requires manual dexterity, including grasping, writing, standing, walking, and repetitive motions.
  • Must be able to stand and maintain mobility for up to 8 hours.
  • Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy trays and equipment, as well as delicate china and glassware, up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Hours / Days of Employment / Compensation:
  • Occasional long hours may be required, with the ability to work flexible hours, including double shifts, weekends, and holidays.
