Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Pool Attendant to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our pool deck, promoting a fun and relaxing atmosphere for our guests, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the pool deck, including washing, mopping, and cleaning the area.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Monitor the pool area and respond to emergencies in accordance with local operating procedures.
  • Assist guests with disabilities and provide support as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move around the pool area.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
  • Knowledge of pool safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages.
