- Opportunities available for permanent positions at a specific healthcare facility or as a versatile team member across various locations, adapting as necessary.
- Greet patients and visitors warmly; address inquiries or direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Organize appointments for healthcare providers to enhance patient satisfaction, optimize provider schedules, and ensure efficient use of examination and treatment areas.
- Process patient registrations, update personal and insurance details, handle payments, and issue receipts. Ensure daily cash drawer reconciliation.
- Exhibit the knowledge and skills required to assist patients of all ages, from infants to seniors.
- Maintain patient records with professionalism and confidentiality; facilitate the transfer of medical documents as needed. Assist patients or guardians with referral requirements.
- Healthcare providers will specify referral timelines. Collect necessary personal and billing information, as well as transportation needs and other pertinent details from patients or guardians.
- Coordinate referrals for specialist consultations or schedule appointments with ancillary services.
Candidate Qualifications:
- High school diploma; further education is encouraged.
- Experience in medical or general office settings.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
- Effective communication skills across all levels of staff.
- Proficient in computer usage and general office machinery.
