Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavioral interventions in various settings under the clinical supervision of a Mobile Therapist
  • Collaborate with treatment team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to children and families in crisis
  • Empower families through collaborative case management and coordination of services
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a human service field (e.g. Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Education, Criminal Justice)
  • Two or more years of experience in a clinical setting (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to pass Safe Crisis Management Training (physical and theory) upon hire and annually thereafter
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain FBI Act 73 clearance
