Responsibilities:- Greet customers and create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease
- Answer customer questions about our refinishing and straightening processes
- Use ReConPro software to maintain a customer database and create customer invoices
- Repair the cosmetic finish of customer wheels and straighten bent wheels
- Use strong negotiation skills to complete the sales process while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is suggested; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Valid state-issued driver's license and clean driving record are required
- You must be insurable on commercial fleet insurance
- Prior sales experience in a dealership or showroom setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision
$35.00 per hour
