Job Overview

Curate Corp Voice is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying the root cause, determining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude when interacting with customers.
  • Document customer interactions and track issues to ensure follow-up and problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company offerings, and industry trends.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
