With over 25 years of experience, we have established strong partnerships with prominent institutions and are consistently ranked among California's top general contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire estimation process from initial bid to final subcontract agreements.
  • Prepare comprehensive bidding instructions, bid forms, and solicitation documents.
  • Oversee the bidding process for various project types, including negotiated, GMP, and lump sum contracts.
  • Collaborate in the development and presentation of cost and budget information to clients.
  • Facilitate estimate and preconstruction handoff meetings between the preconstruction and project teams.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of estimating experience, particularly in creating detailed conceptual cost estimates from schematic project documentation.
  • Experience in commercial tenant improvements, laboratory construction, and renovation projects.
  • Proficient in essential software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, take-off software (such as On-Screen Takeoff or Bluebeam), and scheduling software (like MS Project).
