Job Title: Wine Warehouse Technician

Job Summary:
Bolt Staffing is seeking a skilled Wine Warehouse Technician to join their team in Sonoma, California. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a winery environment and be able to follow safe cellar practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Follow safe cellar practices and procedures
Perform production line and cellar sanitization
Receive bulk wine trucks
Assist with tank changes to align with production schedules
Run initial lab analysis to check specifications
Adjust wine specifications to make them bottle-ready
Maintain good communication within the cellar team and cross-functionally with other departments
Work overtime as needed, including Saturdays

Requirements:
Excellent English skills; ability to read/write Spanish is a plus
Valid CA driver's license; must be 21 years or older
Computer experience is a plus
HACCP or ISO training is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Experience Preferred:
At least 5 years of previous winery experience preferred
Knowledge of winery equipment and winery SOPs
