Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Client Results: Serve as the primary task driver and doer for daily, weekly, and monthly client deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Reporting and Billing: Provide reporting and draft bills to the media team for approval, maintaining accurate client billing and the collection of supporting documentation.
  • Financial Analysis: Review key financial metrics and resolve issues, generating system reports and analyzing data to enhance and optimize performance.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurately-formatted documents for manager review, ensuring compliance with financial audit expectations.
  • Client and Vendor Management: Explain and translate financial reports to client teams and regional staff, managing systematic financial reporting and ad hoc requests.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture positive relationships with clients and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Prisma Platform Expertise: Proven experience with Prisma platform, including leading and maintaining accurate flowchart deliverables for internal and client-facing reporting needs.
  • Financial Operations Experience: Prior experience supporting financial operations for media teams, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, including creating reports, pivot tables, V/H/XLookups, and similar functions.
  • Communication and Presentation: The ability to translate financial data to non-financial partners, comfortable presenting to internal and client teams.
