Job Description

Dreamscape Learn, a pioneering virtual reality entertainment and learning design company, is seeking a talented Senior Visual Content Creator. The ideal candidate will be passionate about visual storytelling and eager to contribute their skills to create engaging projects across various mediums.

  • The successful candidate will conceptualize and create innovative designs for print and digital media, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Maintaining brand identity is crucial, ensuring consistency across all visual communications and refreshing as needed.
  • This role requires designing sales and marketing assets, such as digital ads, event signage, sales decks, social media content, email templates, website refreshes, microsites, and other marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presenting design ideas and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed.
  • Assisting in preparing files for production and collaborating with external vendors when necessary.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continually enhance your skill set.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional design experience (internships included).
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or other design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and digital content creation.
  • Experience in UI/UX design and/or motion graphics preferred.
