Job Summary

SpaceX is seeking a highly skilled Avionics Wire Harness Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and integrating high-quality wire harness and electro-mechanical assemblies for our spacecraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabricate and assemble wire harnesses and electro-mechanical assemblies to meet strict quality and reliability standards
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering documents to ensure accurate assembly and integration
  • Collaborate with production engineers to develop and document new processes and procedures
  • Perform electrical checkouts and testing to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
  • Work effectively in a team environment to meet production deadlines and quality standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a related field, such as aerospace, electronics, or mechanical engineering
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ability to work with precision tools and equipment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with wire harness fabrication and assembly
  • Knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and other software applications
