Job Summary

SpaceX is seeking a highly skilled Avionics Wire Harness Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and integrating high-quality wire harness and electro-mechanical assemblies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabricate and assemble wire harness and electro-mechanical assemblies to meet high-reliability standards
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering documents to ensure accurate assembly and integration
  • Collaborate with production engineers to develop and document new processes and procedures
  • Perform electrical checkouts and testing to ensure assemblies meet specifications
  • Work effectively in a team environment to meet production deadlines and quality standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in electrical and mechanical systems, wire harness fabrication, or a related field
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including circuit analysis and troubleshooting
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet production deadlines
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and work in a fast-paced production environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the aerospace industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of ITAR regulations and export compliance
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Proficient in MS Office and other productivity software
