Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging in-store presentations to educate retail staff and consumers about our products, highlighting their unique benefits and our brand values.
  • Relationship Building: Foster lasting relationships with key retail partners, enhancing sales opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Outreach and Engagement: Initiate targeted outreach to potential retail partners, introducing our product line and securing new marketing opportunities.
  • Event Representation: Represent The Pack Labs at industry events and local activations, boosting brand visibility and fostering community engagement.
  • Market Insights: Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to inform our marketing and product development strategies.
  • Collaborative Strategy: Work with sales teams to develop and implement strategies that align with brand goals and increase market share.

Requirements:

  • Travel and Event Management: Ability to travel extensively within the South Florida area, with occasional trips beyond, including setting up and breaking down promotional events.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM systems and office productivity tools to manage relationships and track engagement activities.
  • Physical Demands: Physical ability to manage promotional setups and product demonstrations.
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Industry Experience: Prior sales or brand ambassador experience in the hemp, cannabis, CBD, or alternative product space.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: $45,000 to $50,000, plus performance incentives based on brand engagement and sales results.
