ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team at Apex Systems. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow configurations and customizations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and technologies

• At least 7 years of experience in working with ServiceNow
• Deep understanding of ITIL/ITSM, CSM, FSM, GRC, ITOM, AI/ML, and Integration Hub
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations (OOTB, Custom) with third-party applications
• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules
• Configure Application UI and Configure Workflow
• Solution design experience in Service Assurance platforms

• Fundamental understanding of ServiceNow modules, integration hub, and hands-on experiences with ServiceNow integrations
• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs
• Business, IT Stakeholders & Vendor Management Skill
• Good experience in Agile way of working (Scrum, User Story, Sprint model), JIRA & Confluence tools
