Qualifications:

Activities

Role Responsibilities:
  • Assist in executing the company's strategic initiatives related to the project pipeline and support the Development division
  • Compile evaluation reports and presentations concerning projects in Development, Construction, and Operation phases
  • Monitor RES regulations and evaluate their application across all company projects and activities
  • Support the Regulatory Operations Manager with operational challenges
  • Enhance operational efficiency by adopting improved procedures
  • Encourage effective communication and collaboration among various departments and stakeholders, ensuring smooth information flow to support operational functions
  • Address operational challenges as they arise, troubleshoot issues, and devise solutions to minimize operational disruptions
  • Prepare progress reports and conduct meetings to address ongoing issues
Context & Environment

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist. The individual will collaborate closely with the Regulatory Operations Manager and work in conjunction with the Development and Asset Operations Teams to assist the department in achieving the company's objectives. The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will be responsible for implementing regulatory operations processes, which includes monitoring and reporting on the execution of deliverables throughout all project phases while providing support to all Operations team members with complex tasks. This role also entails supervisory responsibilities.
