About This Role

The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Program Support Technician to join our team. As a Program Support Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of quality healthcare services to Californians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Code and input data into various systems, including the Provider Master File (PMF), PRIMe, and PIMS.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entered by other Program Technicians.
  • Report discrepancies and errors to the Supervising Program Technician.
