We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our faculty as a tenure-track professor in Quantitative Biosciences at the Georgia Institute of Technology. The successful candidate will have a strong research background in biological sciences and a commitment to teaching and mentoring students.
Responsibilities- Develop a nationally recognized and extramurally funded research program in Quantitative Biosciences.
- Teach graduate and undergraduate courses in biological sciences, including courses in Quantitative Biosciences.
- Advise and mentor biological sciences undergraduate and graduate students.
- Contribute to departmental governance and service to the university and the profession.
- A Ph.D. in a biological science or related field.
- Demonstrated research productivity in biological sciences.
- Academic experience in biological sciences.
- Clear evidence of effective teaching.
