Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested our services
  • Building and managing a sales team
  • Generating quotes and submitting new business through our proprietary technology
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $150,000+, with the potential to earn up to $700,000+ as an agency owner. Our commission-only structure ensures that you'll only be paid for your performance, making it a lucrative opportunity for the right candidate.

Requirements:

  • A life insurance license is required, but we'll help you obtain one if needed
  • You must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, disciplined, and driven to improve
  • You should believe in and align yourself with our core values
  • High-level consistency and coachability are essential
  • You must be humble and willing to learn
