Gastro Health is seeking a highly skilled Patient Relations Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient experiences and providing top-notch administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering and Routing Calls: Respond to all incoming calls, route them to the appropriate personnel, and take messages as needed.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule, confirm, and cancel office appointments, as well as coordinate hospital consults and recall appointments.
  • Telephone Management: Manage the use of telephone services, including picking up voicemail messages and maintaining accurate coverage information.
  • Rescheduling and Follow-up: Reschedule no-show appointments and maintain a system for follow-up communications.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of medical administration experience preferred, with eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience desired.
