Job Title: Facilities Porter

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Porter to join our team at HCSS Employer, Inc. in Sugar Land, TX. As a Facilities Porter, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including outdoor cleaning, emptying trash cans, dusting and cleaning surfaces, and carpet vacuuming.
  • Restock bathrooms, kitchens, and fridges, and clean coffee and water machines.
  • Clean and disinfect drinking fountains, and dog kennels.
  • Move, arrange, and distribute furniture, supplies, and equipment as needed.
  • Respond to spills and other cleaning emergencies.
  • Perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs, and report maintenance issues.
  • Assist with internal events, including conference room setup and teardown, and moving catering leftovers to kitchen areas.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unaccompanied.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Basic technology skills, including email correspondence and computer navigation.
