We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Admissions and Clinical Operations at Solution Based Therapeutics. As a key member of our administrative leadership team, you will be responsible for the development and execution of our clinical process and administrative framework for responding to inquiries regarding clinical services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective clinical processes and procedures to ensure the integrity of our clinical experience.
  • Lead the admissions department and ensure seamless communication with patients, families, and referral sources.
  • Collaborate with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of our clinical and business strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to promote our services and build partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze clinical and business data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in our clinical operations.

Requirements

  • Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, business administration).
