Job Summary:The Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions as prescribed by the Physical Therapist.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor patients' progress and report any changes or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of New Jersey.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
