Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries and illnesses, and achieve their goals for optimal health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to identify their strengths and weaknesses, and develop personalized treatment plans to address their needs.
- Implement and execute treatment plans, using a variety of techniques and modalities, including therapeutic exercises, joint mobilization, and modalities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and training to patients and their support systems, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery and health management.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including progress notes, treatment plans, and billing information.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or equivalent.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Completed continuing education requirements in the state of practice.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
