Job Summary

Hopebridge is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Autism Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children with Autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans to promote skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide high-quality therapy that transforms lives.
  • Review and implement behavior plans, instructional materials, and monitor outcomes to ensure consistent implementation.
  • Document daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
  • Work closely with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 18 years of age.
