An established Internal Medicine practice is in search of a skilled Clinical Receptionist. We currently have openings for Front Office Medical Assistants.
Qualifications and Skills:- Certification: Medical Assistant Certification from an accredited program, with 1-3 years of relevant experience in reception and back office roles preferred. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Phone Management: Proficient in handling multiple phone lines.
- Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance eligibility checks, including PPO, HMO, Medi-Cal, IEHP, and Molina.
- Patient Care: Ability to take vital signs, height, and weight of patients; plot growth charts; and administer immunizations.
- Support Duties: Prepare patients for examinations and assist healthcare providers during procedures.
- Referral Management: Perform patient referrals and manage authorizations.
- Bilingual Requirement: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Position Availability: Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits in a friendly work environment.
