The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition, as well as experience with web technology, including integrations, UI/UX, websites, CMS, Analytics, SEO, Front end, and backend technology.

Responsibilities will include identifying, troubleshooting, fixing, and optimizing websites for SEO, researching targeted keywords to guide digital strategies, analyzing reports to identify trends, issues, areas for opportunity, and creating actionable plans to improve KPIs.

The successful candidate will be able to articulate technical details of website changes to developers, project managers, and clients, provide accurate timelines and level of effort during all project phases, and ensure website security protocols are in place and perform regular backups.

Experience with email marketing services, SEO research tools, and testing and analytics tools is highly desirable. A good understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console is also required.
