Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their estate planning needs and goals.
- Develop and implement effective estate planning strategies, including the creation of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
- Communicate complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner, ensuring they understand their estate plan.
- Work closely with clients, accountants, financial advisors, and other parties to effectively manage cases and achieve desired outcomes.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and colleagues, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in California.
- 3+ years of experience in estate planning, with a strong track record of success in developing and implementing estate plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- A competitive salary range of $140,000-$150,000.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401K matching contributions.
