Sales & Closing Coordinator Expert
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Sales & Closing Coordinator Expert to join our team at M/I Homes. As a key member of our sales management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and assisting in the day-to-day sales management activities for new home communities.
Responsibilities:- Weekly, Monthly, and Annual Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reporting to ensure accurate data is available for management decisions.
- Closing Documents: Obtain, review, and verify necessary closing documents for residential single-family homebuyers to ensure timely and accurate completion of scheduled homebuyer closings.
- Change Orders: Process all change orders for homes in contract and under construction, including sold inventory, updating, and tracking outstanding issues for homes sold and not started.
- Cancellation and Refund Information: Maintain cancellation and refund information, and process refund requests.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma: A high school graduate with basic academic and practical skills gained through school curriculum combined with at least 2-3 years of related work experience and/or training.
- General Knowledge of Home Building Industry: General knowledge of home building industry within the scope of sales contracts and understanding of closing procedures and practices.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills for interaction with a variety of people inside and outside of the organization.
$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
