  • Act as the primary point of escalation for issues and drive resolution

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working with hospital clinical information systems
  • 2+ years of leadership/management experience in a healthcare IT environment
  • 2+ years of experience supporting healthcare providers and/or organizations
  • Proven communication skills with a focus on customer service
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external cross-functional groups
  • Ability to work onsite in our local Walnut Creek, CA office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or healthcare IT
  • Experience in hospital laboratory information systems
  • Experience with Epic applications and integrating downstream systems with Epic
  • Experience leading a team
  • Experience with lab systems and instruments

California Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $88,000 to $173,200 annually. Pay is based on several factors, including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and more. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
