- Chart resident progress weekly
- Report incidents to the Assisted Living Director and complete incident reports
- Conduct monthly weights and vitals
- Assist with scheduling transportation and doctor appointments
- Accompany residents to appointments
- Inventory personal items upon admission
- Report changes in condition to the Assisted Living Director
- 6 months or more experience working in an Assisted Living Community
- Med-Tech Certification preferred
- C.N.A./HHA preferred; First Aid/CPR required
