Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents in our Assisted Living Unit. Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, showers, feeding, and nourishment
  • Chart resident progress weekly
  • Report incidents to the Assisted Living Director and complete incident reports
  • Conduct monthly weights and vitals
  • Assist with scheduling transportation and doctor appointments
  • Accompany residents to appointments
  • Inventory personal items upon admission
  • Report changes in condition to the Assisted Living Director
Requirements
  • 6 months or more experience working in an Assisted Living Community
  • Med-Tech Certification preferred
  • C.N.A./HHA preferred; First Aid/CPR required
