Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a driven civil engineer with a proven track record in managing water, wastewater, and stormwater projects for both public and private sectors. You will be a responsible team player with excellent communication skills, eager to learn and advance in your career.

Key Responsibilities

As a Civil Project Engineer, you will engage with utility providers, including local governments, to deliver essential water and sewer services and support community infrastructure. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by assisting clients in effectively managing public utilities. Your role will involve independently designing projects and leading a team to create innovative solutions that align with client objectives while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Collaboration and Interaction

You will also engage regularly with municipal and private clients, as well as state and federal regulatory bodies. Qualifications
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Professional Engineer (PE) in a consulting environment.
  • Current NC Professional Engineer license or the ability to obtain one within a year.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (O365) applications.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Desire to develop managerial skills and advance into leadership roles.
  • Experience with AutoCAD (Civil3D) is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with hydraulic modeling and municipal utility project administration.
