Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Pegasus Residential. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our properties, ensuring that our residents enjoy a safe and comfortable living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 7 maintenance technicians in performing general and higher-level maintenance services, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, HVAC, and more.
- Respond promptly to resident service requests and be available to work on an on-call basis, including weekends and nights.
- Participate in preventative maintenance activities, such as pool maintenance, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections.
- Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment, and ensure that all supplies and equipment are properly inventoried and cared for.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-10 years of maintenance experience in the multifamily industry.
- 2-4 years of supervisory experience.
- Excellent executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with owners and residents.
- Knowledge of building engineering and vertical building systems.
- Refrigeration certification, EPA, and CPO certifications preferred.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
What You'll Do:
- Use various hand tools and test equipment.
- Bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods.
- Push and pull up to 300 pounds on wheels.
- Lift up to 100 pounds.
- Climb ladders up to 40 feet in height.
- Use a hand-truck.
