The firm oversees a comprehensive portfolio encompassing approximately 25 million square feet of office and industrial space along with 30,000 apartment units.
OPPORTUNITY:
LEASING SPECIALIST - LOCATION
Sares Regis Operating Company is in search of a skilled sales and customer service expert for our stunning 320-unit community. This position presents an excellent opportunity for individuals aiming to advance their careers within the property management sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts interviews with potential residents to gather information regarding their needs and qualifications, entering data into the system.
- Guides prospects through model apartments, discussing room sizes, layouts, available amenities such as pools, proximity to shopping centers and major roadways, services offered, and lease terms.
- Evaluates prospective residents by verifying applications, lease documents, and related paperwork, updating records as necessary.
- Completes lease agreements and collects rental deposits and application fees.
- Familiarizes new residents with apartment and property procedures.
- Fosters positive and proactive resident relations, ensuring that the living experience is of the highest quality from start to finish.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience in sales and customer service is essential.
A high school diploma or equivalent educational background; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or a suitable combination of education and experience.
Must possess strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Availability to work weekends is required.
Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.
We provide a competitive benefits package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentives, renewal bonuses, and rental discounts based on location.
Regular full-time employees working between 30-40 hours per week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits, along with vacation accrual.
