Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children and families to provide support, education, and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized service plans, providing transportation and supervised visitation, and connecting families with community resources. You will also work closely with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting families.
Responsibilities
The Social Services Coordinator will be responsible for:

- Collaborating with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting families
- Providing education and guidance to help families achieve their goals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, or an associate's degree and four years of casework experience
- A valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
- The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with children and families, preferably in a Child Welfare setting
What We Offer
Clarvida offers a competitive salary of $33,000 to $45,000 per year, a flexible schedule, and mileage reimbursement. We also offer a range of benefits, including paid vacation days, sick leave, and holiday pay. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefit plans, as well as daily pay and training opportunities.
