Key Responsibilities- Facilities Management: Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces are clean, well-maintained, and secure.
- Staff Supervision: Manage and motivate a team of housekeeping staff, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and control inventory levels, including linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment, to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
- Safety and Security: Ensure all safety and sanitation policies and procedures are followed, maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
- Guest Satisfaction: Work closely with other departments to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, responding promptly to guest concerns and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a housekeeper in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and handle a high-volume workload.
- Basic math skills and ability to manage inventory and budgets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and guests.
