Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position (Executive Sous Chef, CDC, Senior Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager)
  • Creative, innovative thinking
  • Italian cuisine and fresh pasta-making experience
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
  • Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, and on holidays

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary in the $85-100k range
