Clinical Support Specialist

Central Carolina Hospital is seeking a skilled Triage Nurse to join our team in the Women's Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional clinical support to patients under the supervision of our physicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide continuity and appropriate care to patients
- Operate and maintain medical equipment, including pulse oximeters and EKG machines
- Perform and document lab results, including phlebotomy and basic lab equipment operation
- Obtain prior authorization for medications, testing, and procedures
- Triage incoming clinical phone calls and messages from patients
- Maintain proper inventory of medical supplies
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina (or compact state)
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification
