Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Evansville, IN or London, KY. This role will provide critical administrative support to our account Litigation strategy.
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and processing legal affidavit requests for Litigation and/or Debt Sale strategy as requested
- Completing legal documentation with extremely high data accuracy
- SIGNING AND NOTARIZING LEGAL DOCUMENTS TO CERTIFY AS COMPLETE AND ACCURATE FOR COURT FILING
- Balancing volume demands for legal affidavits without compromising quality and accuracy of documentation
- Assisting with additional BOSH teams and processes when necessary (Allonges, Affidavits, Payment Processing, Account charge off processing, Debt Sales execution, Borrower's Assistance execution, etc.)
- Peer reviewing legal documents for other team members for accuracy
- Completing required compliance training by assigned due dates
- Assisting with DMT and process updates and/or requirements
- Providing additional training and mentoring to new hires when requested
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma/GED
Prior experience in Financial Services and Lending is a plus.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
