Key Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Document all interactions, incidents, and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Assist with medication administration, if required, under the supervision of licensed professionals.
