Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in coordinating subcontractors and managing on-site production. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a thorough understanding of the project scope, including plans, specifications, logistics, materials, equipment, and submittals.
  • Coordinating subcontractors and managing on-site production to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Preparing and maintaining a three-week look-ahead schedule for all activities on the job site.
  • Facilitating the company's safety program, including job site safety inspections and weekly safety meetings.
  • Maintaining daily reports and reviewing project schedules to ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Managing quality control by confirming that all equipment and materials installed meet specifications.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Working knowledge of skilled trades, including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with various stakeholders, including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
