We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis for SharkNinja's Amazon US account.

This role will focus on commercially focused financial reporting and providing insights into performance across the P&L.

The successful candidate will support financial overdrive initiatives across the P&L, including promo optimization, shortage management, post audits, terms, and external profit management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support financial reporting for the Amazon US business, focusing on key metrics such as Sales, Promotional Spend, Net Sales, Gross Margin (GM), Margin less Media (MLM), and Operational Margin (AIM).
  • Provide financial analysis to support initiatives that optimize product mix, promotional efficiency, and cost management.
  • Assist in the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans for the US Amazon account, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Support operational initiatives such as shortage management, post audits, terms negotiations, and external profit management to improve overall financial efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Amazon Sales team to optimize promotional strategies and product performance, contributing to overall revenue and margin improvements.
  • Monitor and provide insights into the financial impact of promotional and operational activities, helping drive continuous improvement across the P&L.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering roles, preferably within e-commerce or retail.
  • Strong experience with financial reporting and analysis across the P&L, with exposure to metrics such as POS, Net Sales, Cost, GM, MLM, and AIM.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning tools such as Adaptive Insights, Power BI, or Domo.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to work cross-functionally with finance, sales, marketing, and operations teams.
