Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our efforts in maximizing occupancy and revenue potential at Gecko Hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting and converting qualified prospects into residents through creative marketing strategies and fostering a strong sales culture within the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture leads through the entire sales process, from inquiry to move-in.
  • Conduct community outreach to generate qualified referrals.
  • Meet sales goals including move-ins, inquiries, tours, and outreach events.
  • Respond to inquiries, conduct tours, and close sales.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and department heads to create a positive atmosphere.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors.
  • Participate in sales calls and contribute to sales and marketing efforts.
  • Train, coach, reward, and discipline direct reports as necessary.
  • Complete departmental reports accurately and timely.
  • Attend and actively participate in meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
  • Minimum three years of sales/marketing experience with a proven track record.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and public relations skills.
  • Creative, energetic, and team-oriented personality.
  • Desire to serve older adults and a patient, flexible approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other marketing-related software.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and automobile insurance.
