Auditory Assessment Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team at MRG Exams in Norfolk, VA. As an Auditory Assessment Specialist, you will play a critical role in conducting medical assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

About the Role

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity that offers a unique chance to make a difference in the lives of our nation's heroes. You will conduct auditory tests and complete necessary documentation to support veterans' claims without prescribing treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Maryland CNC Tests and Puretone Audiometric tests for U.S. Veterans
  • Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) in the computer portal
  • Review and assess 3-6 Veterans per day on average
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An Au.D degree from an ASHA Accredited school
  • A current license as an Audiologist

The estimated annual salary for this position is $83,000 - $110,000 based on national averages and location. This figure includes base pay, bonuses, and other forms of compensation.

Please note that this is an IN-PERSON position with no evenings, weekends, or on-call requirements. You will work directly with patients and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on their lives.
