Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Assistant to support our National Sales Manager in maintaining orders from national advertisers. This role involves regular communication with agencies and other station departments, developing a strong understanding of the sales process and Nielsen ratings, and maintaining accurate schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain orders received from national advertisers
  • Communicate regularly with the National Sales Manager, agencies, and other station departments
  • Develop a firm understanding of the sales process and Nielsen ratings
  • Organize and maintain schedules
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years' experience in administrative support or a related field
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Broadcast sales, media buying, or agency experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines
  • Maintain a positive demeanor and customer service focus
