Technical Expertise:


• 5-8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure support, focusing on diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and operating system issues while adhering to warranty and security compliance.


• Proficient in the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices, as well as desktop applications.


• Fundamental understanding of enterprise LAN and WAN configurations.


• Capability to perform hands-on support activities as directed at various locations.


• Physical ability to lift and transport computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.


• Expertise in desk-side support and PC repair, including basic administration of Windows operating systems.

• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.


• Proficient in providing smart hands support for various hardware components, including monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, and networking devices.


• Strong troubleshooting skills for systems and networks, utilizing effective deductive reasoning.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and management.


• Ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks efficiently.


• Preferably holds an Associate's Degree in Electronics and CompTIA A+ Certification.


• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).


• Basic understanding of Mobile Device Management systems (e.g., Airwatch, Xenmobile).


• Familiarity with VDI, SCCM, Skype for Business, and OneDrive.

Non-Technical Skills:


• Strong customer management abilities.


• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.


• Capable of engaging with customers at various levels.


• Self-motivated and results-oriented.


• Passionate about delivering quality work.


• Basic understanding of Apple devices and applications is a plus.

The expected annual compensation for this role ranges from [$33,000] to [$76,000]. This position is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits package, which includes comprehensive medical and dental options, disability insurance, and paid time off (including sick leave), among other paid and unpaid leave options.
