Key Responsibilities:

  • Skillfully prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with creativity and accuracy.
  • Engage with guests, offering recommendations and fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Ensure the bar area is organized, well-stocked, and maintained to cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Accurately process drink orders, manage cash transactions, and keep proper records.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 10 hours daily.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to maintain composure and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling.
  • Must meet the legal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service (or ability to obtain certification as required by local regulations).
  • High energy and stamina to thrive in a dynamic setting.
  • Effective communication skills in the primary language of the workplace, both verbal and written.
