What We Seek:
  • An inventive mold fabricator capable of designing intricate molds through innovative thinking to address demanding injection molding tasks. Speed is essential in our operations.
  • The mold fabricator will handle repairs and modifications of existing molds, utilizing precision tools and blueprints to create new molds.
  • A proactive self-starter who can drive their project from inception to a fully molded component. We have a proven track record of transitioning from a solid model to a molded part in just two weeks.
  • A collaborative team member who can communicate effectively with both our internal team and clients.
  • Proficiency in Solidworks is preferred.

Requirements for the Mold Fabricator Position:
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • An associate's degree in tool making or a related discipline is a plus.
  • Completion of an accredited mold making apprenticeship program is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in mold making or maintenance is necessary.
  • Extensive knowledge of CNC machine tools, precision measurement instruments, and other workshop equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Effective time management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional manual dexterity, wrist-finger speed, and arm-hand steadiness.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
  • The capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
