Job Responsibilities

  • Arrive at work as scheduled, dressed in the appropriate uniform, adhering to the company's grooming standards.
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize all assigned guest rooms and bathrooms.
  • Follow the established order of room assignments for efficient service.
  • Ensure guestroom windows are cleaned to the hotel's high standards.

  • Address spots on walls and carpets as needed.
  • Engage in special cleaning projects as assigned.
  • Refill cleaning bottles with appropriate chemicals according to departmental guidelines.

  • Engage with guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Anticipate guest needs, demonstrating sensitivity and responsiveness to ensure satisfaction and repeat visits.
