Job Title: School Business Consultant

At Primrose Schools, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Business Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a critical role in advising and supporting our Franchise Owners in achieving their business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain business plans with Franchise Owners to drive continuous improvement and achieve strategic occupancy goals.
  • Implement the Service Excellence Assurance process to ensure consistent brand standards and successful action item completion.
  • Collaborate with the School Excellence Education Team to develop continual improvement plans with Franchise Owners.
  • Build strong internal partnerships to drive business results and ensure cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Partner with the Field Marketing Team to coach and support Franchise Owners on successful school marketing plans and national, local, and integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze operational results and trends to identify areas for additional support and/or strategies to achieve desired results.
  • Facilitate Franchise Owner networking opportunities to address current strategic goals and objectives.
  • Maintain first-line communication with Franchise Owners to ensure successful implementation of health and safety practices and operational policies and procedures.
  • Develop strong working relationships with vendors, state licensing agencies, and community contacts to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and Primrose Schools standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in multi-unit management.
  • Experience with multi-unit management, franchising, early childcare, etc.
  • Firm understanding of State and National Accreditation and State Childcare Licensing rules and regulations preferred.
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to tackle projects with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Ability to solve problems independently.
  • Ability to influence without authority.
  • Ability to manage time and multiple competing priorities while maintaining service excellence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to navigate conflict and difficult conversations.
